How to Apply

To apply, applicants should submit applications via our website. Applications submitted by email will not be considered.

• Step 1. Download our application form. Please note there are two types of applications. If you are applying as an individual or a group, then you need to download the application form designed for individuals or groups. If you are applying as an organization, then please download the form designed for organizations.
• Step 2. Fill in the application form following all the instructions – number of words, required information, etc.
• Step 3. Go to our website, on the left side of each page you will see “Apply now” button. Attach the filled in application form.
• Step 4. It is mandatory to submit a recommendation letter (in case of individual or group applicants) or a financial report (in case of organizations).

After collecting all the applications, the staff of the Galvanizing Diaspora program will review them to see if they match the eligibility criteria. Following this pre-screening process, 20 best applications will be selected based on the following:

• The applicant has a strong track record and/or provided an endorsement from a reputable source.
• The engagement of two or more Armenian Diaspora communities is encouraged and prioritized.
• The project is technically sound in conception and presentation.
• The project has strong prospects for successful implementation.
• The project will have considerable impact and represents good value for money.
• The project is scalable and has strong prospects of sustainability beyond the project duration.
