In these turbulent times, the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) has embarked on a mission to support the global community by hosting a series of informative webinars on COVID-19․ In partnership with the Futures Studio discussion platform, these webinars are aimed to address the most urgent critical questions of the pandemic and its impact on society.

The webinars serve as a platform to connect renowned professionals and experts on various relevant fields. We believe that an open and honest dialogue builds awareness, trust, and confidence in our collective ability to overcome universal challenges and find the optimal solutions to the present global obstacles.

The first online webinar organized by Futures Studio and powered by FAST entitled “COVID-19: Defying Universal Fear” was held on March 28. It gathered world-renowned professionals such as Dr. David Nabarro, WHO special envoy for COVID-19; Lord Ara Darzi, Director of the Institute of Global Health Innovation at Imperial College London, FAST Member of the Board of Advisors; H.E. Mr. Arsen Torosyan, RA Minister of Health; Dr. Noubar Afeyan, Flagship Pioneering Founder and CEO, FAST Co-Founder; André Andonian, McKinsey&Company Managing Partner in Japan office, and Mr. Ruben Vardanyan, co-author of the discussion paper "At the Crossroads", FAST Co-Founder, with an audience of over 200,000 viewers.
