The second online discussion with Grigor Akhinov, professor at Faculty of Economics at Moscow State University, will take place on May 7 at 5 p.m. Yerevan time (GMT+4).
Professor Akhinov will continue the discussion about Public Finance, and this time will talk about the economic nature of the modern social state, as a model of social structure and the choice of priorities for financing social expenses (education, medicine, pensions and other types of social expenses). Particular attention will be paid to assessing the challenges of the “new era” faced by the financial model of the social state in the context of a deep transformation of the labor market.
